Make A Difference...everyday was created to fulfill a need for businesses, academic organizations, and individuals with special needs.  It is the belief of our ownership that MADe can work in partnership with others to make a positive impact on an ever changing workforce.

Examples:

Is your organization struggling to engage with employees in the multi-generational workforce?  Baby Boomers are working at an older age while new generations, Millennial and Generation Z, are entering the workforce.  An employer must have consistent policies, but leadership staff must be well-rounded socially to lead and build their teams.  MADe can help you bridge the generational gaps that are causing staff turnover and employer frustration using a Coaching Approach.  

An entry level staff person is soon promoted to the next level in the business, often times because they present with one quality...they show up for work!  Decrease in funding and overhead may have resulted in the training and development of mid-level management to become obsolete or inconsistent.  Frustration abounds and the great employee is soon on their way out of the organization.  MADe can help recognize the issue, build and develop this department within your agency, resulting in happier and more productive employees, as well as upper management relief providing for an increased focus on quality and oversight.

One of our owners has experience with an agency which received the full 3 years of CARF accreditation in their first attempt as a residential provider to individuals with developmental disabilities.
